Return & Refund Policy – L&L Soap & Scent Co.

At L&L Soap & Scent Co., we take pride in creating high-quality, handcrafted bath and body products. Due to the nature of our products, we have the following return policy in place to ensure safety and fairness for all customers.

Returns & Exchanges
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on used or opened products. This includes soaps, sugar scrubs, whipped soaps, and any personal care items.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue, and we will gladly replace the item or issue a refund.

Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing after approval.

Allergy Disclaimer
Please review all ingredient lists carefully before purchasing. L&L Soap & Scent Co. is not responsible for allergic reactions. If you have sensitive skin, we recommend performing a patch test before full use.
