Fragrances like vanilla can naturally darken the soap over time, and occasional crystallization may appear—both are normal and do not affect the quality or performance of your soap.

Hello, my name is Brooke, and I am the creator of L&L Soap & Scent Co.
I started this business as a stay-at-home mom with a passion for creating beautifully crafted soaps made with thoughtfully selected, skin-safe ingredients. I put a lot of love and care into each of my soaps.
Inspired by my two wonderful daughters and supported by my loving husband, each soap is made with intention, joy, and a commitment to quality.

All of our soaps are SLS/SLES free, paraben-free, and phthalate-free.
While we take care during production, we cannot guarantee that our products are free from allergens or cross-contact.
We strongly recommend performing a patch test prior to full use. Discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs.

Returns: Due to the single-use nature of our products, we do not accept returns. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds and Cancellations: If you need to cancel your order for any reason, please reach out to us immediately. We can only cancel orders before they have been shipped.
If your order is refunded, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Lost or Stolen Packages: Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, L&L Soap & Scent Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Store your soap in a cool, dry place. Using a draining soap dish between uses will help extend the life of your soap.
Most of our soaps have a shelf life of 12–18 months from the date of purchase. For best results, use your soap within this time frame to enjoy optimal scent, texture, and benefits.
